Alicia Jantsch, Esq., CIPP/US serves as Senior Counsel for Privacy & Compliance at JAMS, where responsibilities include leading privacy legal initiatives and developing a comprehensive Privacy Compliance Program that addresses applicable data protection laws. Alicia's expertise encompasses policy creation, data subject access request management, data mapping, privacy impact assessments, and vendor risk management. Prior experience includes several roles at JAMS, including Counsel and Senior Case Manager, as well as positions in the Post Conviction Innocence Clinic at New York Law School and customer service at Wells Fargo. Alicia holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
