Daniel A. Platt

Daniel A. Platt, Esq. is an experienced attorney specializing in mediation, arbitration, real estate, healthcare, and business law. Currently serving as a Mediator and Arbitrator at JAMS since March 2023, Daniel previously held the position of Partner at Loeb & Loeb LLP from April 2011 to March 2023, focusing on real estate matters including leasing, development, and commercial tenancy. Prior to that, Daniel was a Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, practicing commercial litigation. The early career includes leadership as CEO of Spyder Aviation, LLC, and ownership of Platt & Associates, along with litigation roles at McCambridge, Deixler, Marmaro & Goldberg, and Adams, Duque & Hazeltine. Daniel holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a JD from Fordham University School of Law.
