Fern Frolin

Fern Frolin, Esq. currently serves as an Arbitrator, Mediator, Special Master/Referee, and Neutral Evaluator at JAMS since January 2022. Prior to this role, Fern held the position of Of Counsel at Mirick O'Connell from February 2015 to February 2022. Additionally, Fern contributed to education as a Lecturer at Boston College Graduate School of Social Work from 2000 to 2010, developing and teaching a graduate-level course on forensic social work that addressed principles of evidence, equal protection, and due process. Fern obtained a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor's Degree from Ohio State University.
