Margo Kirchner

Margo Kirchner serves as the Executive Director, General Counsel, and Director of Development at the Wisconsin Justice Initiative since August 2017, while also holding the position of Municipal Judge for the Village of Shorewood since May 2020. Margo has extensive experience in the legal field, including roles as a Law Clerk at JAMS and a Mediator for the Metro Milwaukee Foreclosure Mediation Program. Previous positions include Career Judicial Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court, instructor at the University of Phoenix, and Adjunct Professor at Marquette University Law School. Margo's education includes a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management & Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Notre Dame.
