Mariana Freitas de Souza is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in mediation, arbitration, and law education. Currently serving as President of CBMA - Centro Brasileiro de Mediação e Arbitragem, Mariana has been a Partner at PVS Advogados since January 2017 and is actively involved with the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil Conselho Federal, contributing to the Mediação e Conciliação Commission. Mariana holds positions within several organizations, including as a member of the Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Committee at IAB - Instituto dos Advogados Brasileiros and as a Weinstein International Fellow at JAMS.
