Rich Lindberg

Rich Lindberg has a diverse work experience in the field of information security. Rich is currently working as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and VP of Information Security at JAMS, where they provide cybersecurity leadership and develops security programs aligned with business goals. Rich has also served as an Advisory Board Member for Southern California SIM and the University of California Riverside Professional Studies Extension, supporting IT excellence and leadership. In their previous roles, Rich worked as a vCISO and Senior Security Consultant at Nth Generation Computing, an Information Security Architect at loanDepot, and the Director of Southern California at Truvantis. Rich also worked as an Independent Security Professional, providing consulting services to various organizations, and as a Managing Principal Consultant at Sentek Global. Prior to that, Rich was a Security Sales Engineer at Accuvant and the Manager of Security and Compliance at MarketLive. Throughout their career, Rich has demonstrated expertise in areas such as risk management, policy development, compliance, and technical auditing.

Rich Lindberg earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at San Diego Mesa College from 1989 to 1992. Their secondary education was completed at University City High School (UCHS) from 1985 to 1988, where they received a high school diploma.
