Jonas Berglund

Jonas Berglund has a robust background in energy engineering with over 18 years of experience in project management and engineering roles. Currently at Jämtkraft AB since November 2016, Jonas transitioned from maintenance engineering to project management within the heat and power sector. Prior experience at Siemens from March 2005 to October 2016 involved various positions such as Sub Project Manager, where Jonas oversaw mechanical and process engineering for combined cycle and cogeneration power plants, ensuring technical coordination, quality assurance, and cost control for project teams. Jonas also served as the Acting Head of the Process & Mechanical Engineering department and contributed as a Process Engineer focusing on system design and process solutions for steam and water cycle subsystems. Education was completed at Umeå University, culminating in a Master of Science degree in Energy Engineering.
