Theresa Grady is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Jamul Casino®. She has nearly 25 years of experience in finance, with more than 14 of those years in a casino setting. Ms. Grady joined the Jamul Casino team in July 2017, and is highly enthusiastic about playing her part in helping the Jamul Indian Village grow and prosper by creating a stable platform for future generations.
In her role as Jamul Casino’s CFO, Ms. Grady is responsible for the overall operations of the Finance department, including: Finance, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Payments, Payroll, Procurement, Cash and Club Services, and Count Operations. Not only does she ensure that the Casino’s accounting and financial reporting meet regulatory requirements, she also develops and implements operational goals and monitors the performance of the organization’s profit objectives. She has also helped spearhead special initiatives, such as the completion of the Casino’s refinance in January 2021, which helped position the Casino and Tribe for long-term financial success.
Prior to joining Jamul Casino, Ms. Grady worked for 11 years in finance for Viejas Casino and Resort, and for nearly 10 years in finance for other industries. Ms. Grady earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting from San Diego State University.

Opened in 2016, theJamul Casino, located in Jamul, California, is owned and operated by Jamul Indian Village Development Corporation (JIVDC), a wholly owned entity of Jamul Indian Village of California. The $430 million casino features over 1,600 slot machines, 39 live table games, and a dedicated poker room with weekly tournaments; free shuttle service from various locations in San Diego; live entertainment; and seven restaurants, bars and lounges.
