Georgios Klonaris

Georgios Klonaris is a Senior Coastal Modelling Engineer at Jan De Nul Group since May 2022, with extensive experience as a Professional Freelancer focusing on coastal and harbour engineering since October 2011. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Researcher at Ghent University and Teaching Assistant at the National Technical University of Athens, where responsibilities included courses in maritime hydrodynamics and coastal erosion management. Georgios gained practical insights as an intern at DHI, contributing to a project on coastal adaptation and flooding risk.
