Julie McDonald , LME

Julie McDonald, LME, has a wealth of experience in the aesthetics industry. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Clinical Coordinator at Northshore Pediatrics, where they managed receptionist responsibilities, determined staffing needs, and scheduled patient appointments. In 2013, they moved to Natural Elements Day Spa, where they worked as Aesthetics Manager and Licensed Master Aesthetician. In this role, they supervised and managed the Aesthetics department, demonstrated and performed treatments, and trained a team of Aestheticians on treatments and sales. Julie then moved to SKIN, A MEDICAL SPA in 2015, where they worked as Aesthetics Manager and Medical Master Aesthetician. In this role, they were responsible for restructuring and managing daily operations of the Aesthetics department, recognizing trends within the territory, and creating corrective action plans. Julie also assisted in social media marketing and management. Julie also has several certifications, including Aesthetics Board of Advisory Member from Centura College obtained in September 2021, Coolsculpting Practitioner from Coolsculpting MD obtained in September 2017, and Certified Advanced Aesthetician (Master Aesthetician) from the Board for Cosmetology obtained in January 2011.
