James Januzzi

James Januzzi has a long and impressive work experience. James began their career in 1997 at Massachusetts General Hospital as a Cardiologist, Roman W. Desanctis Endowed Distinguished Clinical Scholar, and Director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. In 2012, they became an Associate Editor for the Journal of the American College of Cardiology: Heart Failure. In 2013, they were appointed Hutter Family Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. In 2014, they became a Staff Member at Harvard Clinical Research Institute and Director of Heart Failure and Biomarker Trials and Senior Medical Director at Baim Institute for Clinical Research. In 2016, they were appointed Associate Editor for the Journal of the American College of Cardiology. In 2019, they became a Member of the Board of Trustees for the American College of Cardiology and Director at Imbria Pharmaceuticals. In 2021, they were appointed Chief Medical Officer at Jana Care.

James Januzzi received their MD from New York Medical College between 1990 and 1994, their Bachelor of Arts in Biology from College of the Holy Cross between 1984 and 1988, and graduated from Northern Valley Regional High School in 1984.
