Harsh Sheth

Harsh Sheth currently serves as Associate Vice President II and Area Credit Head at Jana Small Finance Bank since April 2020, focusing on implementing organizational policies and processes. Prior to this role, Harsh held positions at IIFL Home Loans as Assistant Vice President and Regional Credit Manager, responsible for credit appraisal and monitoring, and at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. as Senior Credit Manager, where responsibilities included credit appraisal of loan applications. Earlier experience includes Senior Credit Manager roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank and HDFC Bank, where credit evaluation and risk assessment were key responsibilities. Harsh holds a Master of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai and is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. An undergraduate degree in Commerce was earned from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
