Umang Sharma

Umang Sharma is an experienced professional in the finance and housing sectors, currently serving as the Regional Head for Affordable Housing at Jana Small Finance Bank since September 2025. Previously, Umang held the position of Cluster Head at Fusion Finance Ltd and Purple Finance Ltd, along with a role as Cluster Sales Manager at Hinduja Housing Finance, focusing on home loans and loan against property. Umang's career began at TATA Capital Housing Finance Limited and continued at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited and AU SMALL FINANCE BANK, where skills in relationship management and business development were honed. In addition to professional experience, Umang is pursuing an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Studies (IMS) at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, following a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University Institute of Technology, RGPV.
