Prerana Somani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public health and social impact initiatives. Currently serving as the State Lead for Assam at Janaagraha since July 2025, Prerana previously worked as a Freelance Consultant for Social Impact and held the role of Project Manager for the Initiative for Sanitation Workers at WaterAid from June 2023 to June 2025. Prerana's background includes significant positions at the Urban Management Centre as a Senior Program Manager and Program Manager from December 2019 to May 2023 and as a Volunteer at WaterAid in late 2019.
