Eric Jensen is a seasoned operational and P&L executive with over twenty years of experience in driving strategic culture change and organizational improvements for profitable growth in complex environments. Currently serving as Managing Director at Janas Associates, Jensen also leads as the Steering Committee Chairperson for The Aerospace & Defense Forum and previously held the position of President at Jensen Next Level Consulting. Eric's career spans key roles in major manufacturing firms including FRALOCK and STADCO, where Eric implemented systemic improvements and turnaround strategies. Jensen holds an MBA in Finance from California State University-Long Beach and has furthered leadership education at prestigious institutions, including Oxford Said Business School.
