Jeffery Deprow

Jeffery DeProw, MA, currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Janco Engineered Products LLC since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jeffery held various leadership positions at Hubbell Incorporated, including Director of Operations and Plant Manager, as well as management roles at Bausch + Lomb, where oversight included directing multiple manufacturing departments and coordinating with regulatory agencies. Additional experience includes a position as Focus Factory Manager at St. Clair Die Casting and Plant Manager at Portafab Corporation, where Jeffery implemented lean manufacturing techniques resulting in significant cost savings. Jeffery earned a Master’s Degree in Management & Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with a focus on Management and Lean Manufacturing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
