Heather McIntosh

Heather McIntosh possesses a solid background in support and administration, with extensive experience in legal collection management and research. At Jane Software Inc. since October 2016, Heather has honed skills in customer support. Previously, as a Legal Accounts Administrator at First Resolution Management Corporation, Heather managed over 700 collection accounts and acted as the primary liaison with a network of attorneys and paralegals across various states. Earlier roles include Contracted Researcher at UNBC, VP Student Affairs at Northern Undergraduate Students Society, and customer service positions at Red Robin and Canadian Tire. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Northern British Columbia and a Diploma in Applied Psychology and Counselling from Kelowna College of Professional Counselling.
