Chloe Kiliari

Chloe Kiliari is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at Jane Street since September 2021, following a tenure as an Associate at Allen & Overy from February 2016 to September 2021, where involvement included derivatives and structured finance as a member of the Markets Innovation Group. Chloe's legal training began with a trainee solicitor position at Allen & Overy, completing rotations in international corporate law, derivatives, structured finance, and structured asset finance. Prior to formal legal roles, Chloe gained analytical experience as an Analyst Intern at International Market Management and participated in various vacation schemes at prestigious firms including Allen & Overy and Shearman & Sterling LLP. Chloe holds a First Class BSc in Government and Economics from The London School of Economics and attended BPP Law School for further legal education.
