Felicia Brooks-Garnet

Felicia Brooks-Garnet has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Felicia currently holds the position of VP, People at Jane Technologies, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of People at the same company from September 2021 to February 2022. Before joining Jane Technologies, Inc., Felicia served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Medium from April 2019 to March 2022. Felicia also worked as a Program Manager at Instacart from November 2018 to April 2019. Felicia spent a significant portion of their career at Spotify, where they held multiple roles, including Program Manager & Operations Lead - Creator Research & Development from February 2016 to August 2018, Campus Recruiting Lead from June 2014 to February 2016, and Global Recruiting Coordinator from September 2013 to June 2014. Felicia began their career as an Office Manager at Great Performances from September 2012 to September 2013.

Felicia Brooks-Garnet earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Siena College, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Felicia holds additional certifications as a Certified NLP Leadership Coach from the Academy of Leadership Coaching & NLP, obtained in December 2020, and as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, obtained in June 2022. Felicia is also a member of the International Coaching Federation, earning the ICF Member Badge in April 2022.
