John Case

Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Jane Technologies, Inc.

John Case has a diverse work experience in various roles related to data science and machine learning. John started their career as a Research Assistant at the Sleep and Neuroimaging Laboratory, where they worked on studying memory reactivation during sleep. After that, they served as a Staff Research Associate at the Helen Wills Neuroscience Institute at UC Berkeley.

In 2013, John became a Graduate Student Researcher at UC San Diego, where they utilized EEG and neuroscientific techniques to study neural architecture related to rapid response inhibition. John then interned at Predictive Science, Inc. before joining UC San Francisco as a Data Scientist. At UC San Francisco, they built and deployed machine learning models to predict user conversion, reducing customer acquisition costs. John also worked on constructing data pipelines with the backend engineering supply-chain team.

John continued their career as a Data Scientist at DataScience.com before joining Fair.com as a Senior Data Scientist. At Fair.com, they developed machine learning models and collaborated with the supply-chain team to integrate third-party data sources. John then joined ReSci (Retention Science) as a Machine Learning Engineer, where they worked until 2022.

Currently, John is employed as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Jane Technologies, Inc.
