Peter Prial

Peter Prial has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Peter currently holds the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Jane Technologies, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Latham & Watkins from October 2016 to July 2022. Peter also gained experience as a Summer Associate at Latham & Watkins in May 2015, and served as a Legal Intern at Catholic Charities Legal Network from May 2014 to August 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Analyst at Foley Hoag LLP from October 2011 to July 2013, and as a Program Assistant at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. from August 2009 to October 2011.

Peter Prial completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Economics at Middlebury College from 2005 to 2009. In 2007, they participated in a study abroad program at the University of Tasmania. Later on, they pursued further education at Georgetown University Law Center, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 2013 to 2016.
