Bill Sanders

Bill Sanders is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and coaching. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Development at Janea Systems since February 2025, Bill has held various leadership roles including the Head Girls JV Soccer Coach at Mount Si High School from July 2023 and the Sr Director of Business Development at Exadel from May 2024 to January 2025. Previously, Bill was the Chief Revenue Officer at Lot4 Consulting and the Head Coach for Cascade FC's G05s team. Bill's background includes significant tenure at Microsoft, where responsibilities ranged from Director of Licensing to Business Development Manager, during which time Bill managed a diverse portfolio and team. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Military History and Sports from the University of Washington.
