David Gilligan

David Gilligan has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. David began their career as a Sales Assistant at A-Wear in 1988 and later became a Sales Manager at Airwave from 1991 to 1994. David then transitioned into the electrical industry, working as a Technical Sales Engineer at Charles Nolan & Co and Demesne Electrical from 1994 to 1999. At Siemens AG, they served as a Product Manager for Low Voltage Controls, Switchgear & Automation from 1999 to 2005. David continued their career at Emerson Industrial Automation as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the Drives & Motor Division from 2005 to 2007. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Europe. David then moved on to Automation & Energy Solutions Ltd, where they held the Director role from 2010 to 2012. Since 2012, they have been the Director at Janitza Electronics UK Ltd, and as of 2019, they also took on the position of Sales Director IRL, UK & Data Centre Critical Power Segment at Janitza electronics GmbH. Throughout their career, Gilligan has developed expertise in sales, marketing, and product management.

David Gilligan pursued their education at Technological University Dublin, where they completed their first degree in Electrical Engineering from 1989 to 2003. Following this, they returned to the same university and obtained another degree, this time in Business Management, which they completed from 2004 to 2008.
