Ilda Avila has worked in the human resources field for over a decade, starting as a Human Resources Generalist at Minerallac Company from 2008 to 2018. Ilda then moved on to become a Human Resources Generalist I at Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Ilda holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Janko Hospitality since September 2021. Ilda is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management at Purdue Global, where Ilda also earned an Associate of Science degree in the same field from Rock Valley College.
