Liz Heitner

Liz Heitner currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Penn Mutual, a position held since March 2021. In addition, Liz serves as the HR Committee Chair at Ability Beyond since May 2017. Prior experience includes significant roles at Synchrony, where Liz was Senior Vice President overseeing global talent management and HR for various business initiatives. Earlier positions include HR leadership roles at GE Capital and NCR Corporation, which involved strategic HR program design and management. Liz holds a Master’s in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Political Science from The University of Georgia, along with executive education in corporate governance from Harvard Business School.
