Taylor Fiscus is our Operations & HR Manager and handles people operations. Taylor most recently stood up operations and human resources for several start-ups and previously served as the associate director of White House personnel, the deputy White House liaison to the US EPA, and a regional operations director at a Presidential campaign headquarters and for the national convention committee. She has an MSc, Exon in social and organizational psychology.

What part of your job gives you most energy?
Onboarding and welcoming new team members really energizes me. I love getting folks set up and ready to do their jobs efficiently, and then working with them to make their experience even better. We operate as a true team, and I am fortunate enough to be able to bring people into the fold!
When are you most productive during the day?
Mid-morning to evening. Also, I prefer Slack over email about 99.99%.
