Lorna Muthoni

Lorna Muthoni is currently the Integrated Talent Development Manager at Janus Continental Group, a conglomerate with various successful businesses across Africa and beyond. Prior to this role, Lorna worked at SBM Bank Kenya as Talent and Organization Development, and at Chase Bank Kenya Ltd as Senior Officer Organization Development - Human Resources. Lorna started their career as a Customer Service Officer, where Lorna gained valuable experience in people development. Lorna holds a Certified Human Resource Professional degree, a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).
