Esha Chandra

Esha Chandra's work experience begins with their role as a Senior Consultant - Customer Success at Janus Health starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at MD Anderson Cancer Center as a Credit Resolution Supervisor from October 2018 to February 2023. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing payments, reducing credit dollars impacting AR, introducing automation within the EHR system, leading a team, and addressing patient credit balance concerns. Before that, they served as a Senior Analyst at Parallon from September 2017 to September 2018. Esha also worked as an Associate Consultant at Triage Consulting Group from June 2015 to August 2017 and as a Conifer Health Solutions at East Cooper Medical Center from July 2014 to April 2015.

Esha Chandra pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General at Emory University - Goizueta Business School from 2011 to 2013. Following this, they attended the Medical University of South Carolina from 2013 to 2015, where they completed their Masters of Healthcare Administration (MHA) with a focus in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
