Cat Ziac Boyd

Cat Ziac Boyd has a diverse work experience in various roles within the finance industry. Cat is currently the Global Head of ESG Strategy and Operations at Janus Henderson Investors, starting in 2023. Prior to their current role, they worked at AllianceBernstein as a VP/Responsible Investment Strategist and VP/Responsible Investing Communications and Reporting Manager. Cat also served as a Senior Manager, managing the Fund Commentary Team and the writing process for ESG engagement reports. Before that, Cat worked at Quantac as the COO/Director of Finance for a brief period in 2017. Cat began their career at Nomura Securities as an Institutional Equity Sales Associate and later as an Institutional Equity Sales Analyst, providing high-touch equity research sales coverage for institutional clients. Cat was also a member of the Women in Nomura (WIN) Network, focusing on diversity and inclusion.

Cat Ziac Boyd completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics with a minor in Russian from Union College. In 2010 to 2011, they were a Bachelor of Science (BS) candidate in the College of Arts and Sciences Honors Program at Boston College, majoring in Mathematics.
