Janis Preese

Janis Preese has extensive work experience in data privacy and compliance. Janis is currently the Global Head of Data Privacy at Janus Henderson Investors U.S. since January 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Janus Capital Group as a Sr. Data Privacy Analyst from December 2009 to June 2017. Janis also held the role of Senior Compliance Analyst at Janus Capital Group from September 2000 to December 2009. Janis began their career at D.E. Frey and Co. as a Compliance Manager and Paralegal from May 1996 to September 2000.

Janis Preese completed a Certificate of Completion in Paralegal Studies at the Denver Paralegal Institute from 1987 to 1988. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pre Law at Utah State University from 1982 to 1987.
