Michelle Angelone Rosenberg

Michelle Angelone Rosenberg has over 20 years of work experience in the legal and asset management field. Michelle began their career in 1999 at Fidelity Management & Research Co. as a Legal professional. In 2003, they joined Janus Henderson Investors as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and later took on the role of Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, where they provided oversight for the global asset management legal team and advised on legal and regulatory initiatives. In 2017, they became Head of Legal, North America at Janus Henderson Investors. In 2018, Michelle assumed the position of General Counsel & Company Secretary at Janus Henderson. In 2022, they took on the role of President and CEO at JANUS INVESTMENT FUND.

Michelle Angelone Rosenberg completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Psychology from Bates College in 1994. Michelle then pursued further education at the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in 1998. Additionally, they hold certifications in Series 7 and 66, obtained from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
