Roger Rainey

Roger Rainey is currently working at Janus International as a Sr. IT Project Manager. At their previous role at Arconic, Roger held the titles of Sr. IT Manager (Engineering Applications, PMO, Software Engineering/Support), IT Manager (Engineering Applications), Sr. Manager IT PMO, and eCommerce Team Lead. Roger has extensive experience managing IT enterprise-wide projects, leading teams using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, and overseeing large scale upgrades to various applications. Roger has a B.S. in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Troy University.
