Philip Chen

Philip Chen is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Commercial Lead at Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd since May 2022. Previously, Philip held the role of Commercial Manager at Shell Energy Australia from March 2019 to March 2022 and gained extensive experience at Shell Australia in various positions including Senior Economist, New Business Developer/Economist, and Asset Economist from January 2009 to March 2019. Philip began their career at Chevron as a Drilling Cost Analyst and GIS Analyst from January 2004 to December 2008, and prior to that, worked as a GIS Analyst at NGIS from January 2001 to December 2003.
