Kodee Phu has extensive work experience in the legal field. From 2010 to 2012, Phu worked as an Associate and Legal Assistant at EPLegal. They then moved on to work as an Associate at Audier & Partners from 2012 to 2013, where they provided legal advice and participated in legal due diligence and surveys. Phu then joined VINAMILK as a Senior Legal Specialist from 2013 to 2014, focusing on legal consultation and compliance. Currently, Phu is serving as the Head of Legal and Compliance at JAPFA COMFEED VIETNAM, where they provide legal consultation and ensure legal compliance for various business activities.
Kodee Phu completed a Bachelor's degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Economics and Law from 2006 to 2010. Following that, in 2010-2011, Kodee Phu underwent lawyer training at the Judicial Academy in Ho Chi Minh City. In 2017, Kodee Phu received additional education in dispute resolution regarding import and export contracts at the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Additionally, in the same year, Kodee Phu attended a Dispute Resolution program at the Vietnam Chief Financial Officer institution.

Japfa has been present in Vietnam since 1996 through a joint venture with the Vietnam Livestock Corporation. In 1999, Japfa became a 100% foreign-invested enterprise under the name Japfa Comfeed Vietnam Co., Ltd. Currently, the company operates 8 feed mills, over 1,600 poultry and swine farms, with a network of 20 retail outlets distributing Japfa Best brand fresh meat and processed food products.
