Andres Waldraff serves as CDO/CIO at Ágata Agencia Analítica since September 2022, leading initiatives to transform Bogota into a smart city and implementing DataOps and Data Mesh Architecture for enhanced data sharing among city entities. Andres has held various roles, including Board Member at Jaramillo Mora and Partner at Docty Latam, where collaboration focused on Latin American operations. As Strategic Advisor for Fundación Universitaria Compensar, Andres provides insights on digital and innovation challenges. Previously at Roche, Andres led customer-centric digital transformations, and at Avianca Holdings, played a pivotal role in analytics and innovation, resulting in significant savings. Andres founded Servicios Satellit SAS, offering solutions for compliance with the Habeas Data Law, and has held consulting positions at Accenture and vice-presidential roles at Banco Agrario de Colombia. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
