Ingrid Lorena Rincón Castillo

Ingrid Lorena Rincón Castillo is an experienced professional in the field of occupational health and safety, currently serving as Jefe de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo at Jaramillo Mora since November 2023. Previously, Ingrid held similar leadership roles at Constructora Bolivar S.A. and CENTELSA, where responsibilities included managing health, safety, and environmental processes across various countries, as well as implementing strategies to reduce workplace accidents. Ingrid has also worked as Coordinadora de Convenios at Asociación de Salubristas Ocupacionales and as a docente at the Escuela Nacional del Deporte and Fundación Universitaria María Cano, teaching courses related to occupational health for physiotherapy students.
