Sebastiraj Arulanandu is an experienced software development leader with a career spanning over two decades in the technology and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director - Head for BPM Presales & Solutions at Virtusa, where responsibilities included global leadership for BPM-Pega presales and consulting. Prior roles include Senior Architect positions at Lloyds TSB and FedEx Services, BPM Architect/Program Manager at MasterCard, and BPM Architect at Level 3 Communications, all while working with Wipro Technologies. Sebastiraj's foundational experience in software engineering began at Nucleus Software and Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd, following a Master's degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
