Matt H.

Matt H. has a strong background in investment banking and corporate finance. Matt currently holds the position of Director of Investment Banking at Jarden, where they have been since February 2023. Prior to that, they were the General Manager of M&A at Woolworths Group from January 2020 to February 2023. Before joining Woolworths, they worked at UBS, where they held the positions of Director from March 2017 to January 2020 and Associate Director from October 2014 to March 2017. Matt H. began their career at Dixon Advisory as an Associate Director of Corporate Finance, responsible for researching, due diligence, structuring, and executing transactions. Matt worked at Dixon Advisory from February 2012 to August 2014 and was involved in significant capital raisings, including the US Select Private Opportunities Fund and the US Masters Residential Property Fund.

Matt H. completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance at The Australian National University, from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, they also participated in a study abroad program at the University of Southern California.
