Alex Dang

Alex Dang has worked in the financial services industry since 2009. Alex began their career as a Marketing and Outreach Specialist at ACCION USA in Los Angeles. In 2010, they joined Opportunity Fund as a Business Development Officer and was later promoted to Senior Director of Product and Partnerships. During their time at Opportunity Fund, they built EasyPay, a revenue-based financing product. In 2014, they became an Advisor at Fundastic, which was later acquired by www.nav.com. In 2017, they became an Advisor at CNote, where they helped develop CNote Savings, a product that earns customers 40x more than a traditional savings account. In 2021, they joined Fiserv as a Director of Product Management for Merchant Lending. Alex was responsible for providing personalized embedded financing for 1.5 million merchants from over 5,000 network financial institutions. In 2022, they joined Jaris, Inc. as the Director of Product.

Alex Dang is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where they earned a B.A. Alex also holds a Fellowship from Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy.
