Jonathan Li serves as a Senior Associate at Jaros, Baum & Bolles. Since joining the firm in 2010, he has been involved in the design and development of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across multiple project types, including commercial offices, residential buildings, schools, and restaurants. He has also been involved with the firm’s latest effort focused on indoor air quality measures as they pertain to occupant health and wellness as well as combating the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Strategies include increased particulate filtration and ultraviolet germicidal irradiation systems along with other emerging technologies.
Mr. Li’s notable projects include high-rise commercial office buildings such as 4 World Trade Center and 10 Hudson Yards. He has also worked on a number of luxury residential projects, including 15 Hudson Yards, The Greenwich Lane, and 130 West 12th Street, all in New York City.
Mr. Li is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York and a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University.
