David Lang

David Lang is a Marine Electrician at Jarrett Bay Boatworks since June 2023, previously serving in the US Army from 2001 to June 2023 in various roles focused on talent management and acquisition. As the Director of Talent Management & Acquisition for the 4th Infantry Division, David oversaw a comprehensive retention program for over 16,000 personnel and managed 51 Active Career Counselors. In earlier positions, David provided counseling for 4,200 staff members and trained 7 Career Counselors, contributing to the army's retention strategies. David's military career also includes leadership positions in cable systems management, demonstrating strong operational capabilities. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from Trident University International and an Associate of Science in Applied Sciences from Central Texas College.
