Marcelo Santi Tello

Marcelo Santi Tello has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Marcelo is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Latin America region at JAS Forwarding Worldwide since January 2015. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Sealed Air Corporation from November 2013 to December 2014. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Human Resources for the Mercosur Area at Panalpina from November 2004 to July 2013. Marcelo also worked as a Coordinator in the Center of Executive Education at Universidad de San Andrés from January 2003 to October 2004. Marcelo gained valuable experience as a Senior in the Training & Development Area at Telecom Argentina from January 1999 to April 2002. Marcelo also worked at Fluor as an HR Senior & Responsible in Mining Projects from February 1996 to April 1998, and at Lipigas as the Responsible of Benefits (HR programs) from January 1994 to March 1996.

Marcelo Santi Tello completed a Posgrado en Dirección Estratégica de Recursos Humanos at the University of Buenos Aires from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplomado en Administración de Empresas from the Universidad Católica del Norte from 1996 to 1997. In their earlier academic years, they pursued a degree in Trabajo Social at the Universidad José Santos Ossa from 1988 to 1993.
