Bozena Stolarska

Bozena Stolarska has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2006, they started their career at Panalpina POl as an HR & Finance Specialist and later progressed to positions such as Country HR & Payroll Manager and Country Head of HR. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Pattonair. Bozena then moved on to work at Incora, where they held various positions including HRIS and Process Manager, HR EMEA Shared Services and System Manager, and Senior HR Manager - Services & Projects EMEA & APAC. Currently, they hold the position of Global HR Shared Services Director at Incora.

Bozena Stolarska attended Wrocławska Akademia Biznesu w Naukach Stosowanych from 2013 to 2014, focusing on ZZL. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Zarządzanie i Informatyka from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, which they completed from 2000 to 2005. In 2014, they also became internationally certified as a user of Thomas International's Personal Profile Analysis (PPA).
