Simoné joined the Jasco as its Group Human Resources manager in 2004 and was promoted to Group Executive: Human Resources in 2013. She has in excess of 25 years’ experience in predominantly Labour Law and Industrial Relations. She moved into the Human Resources field due to her passion for people, equality and the belief to apply fair Labour Relations within employment environments. She has 20 years experience with the Human Resources Spectrum across various industries such as ICT, Security, Manufacturing and Telecommunications.
