Kevin Kuznicki

Kevin Kuznicki is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Jason Industries. Kevin has previously served as the Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Adient and as the Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Carrier Access Corporation. Kevin has also worked at Johnson Controls, Inc. as the Vice President & General Counsel for Centers of Excellence, Europe & Africa, Commercial Transactions.

Kevin is a highly experienced lawyer with a wealth of experience in various legal areas, including contingent liability reporting, SOX controls, product liability and safety, regulatory filings, commercial transactions, environmental matters, litigation, labor & employment, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures, and intellectual property. Kevin has also served as a corporate secretary and has extensive experience in managing legal teams.

At Adient, Kevin was responsible for standing up and managing global legal team, with direct reports located in Wisconsin, Michigan, Germany and China. Kevin supervised 9 attorneys and support staff, with indirect reports totaling 21 attorneys, environmental compliance, paralegals and administrative staff.

At Johnson Controls, Kevin served as the Vice President & General Counsel for Centers of Excellence, Europe & Africa, Commercial Transactions. In this role, they were responsible for providing legal support for all commercial transactions in Europe and Africa.

At Carrier Access Corporation, Kevin served as the Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In this role, they were responsible for all legal matters for the company as well as serving as the corporate secretary.

Kevin Kuznicki has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Indiana University Bloomington and a JD from Full Stack Squad.
