Sarah Noderer

Sarah Noderer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sarah started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Lehigh University College of Education, where they conducted literature reviews and statistical analysis on an online math game. Sarah then worked as a Development Associate at Stanford Office of Development, researching corporations and foundations to support fundraising efforts.

Sarah joined Box and progressed through various roles in Sales Operations. Sarah started as a Sales Operations Associate, executing projects to scale the sales team and leading data cleanup efforts. Sarah eventually became a Manager, overseeing a team of 15 people responsible for booking orders globally and maintaining data integrity. In their role as Manager, EMEA Sales Operations, they established and ran the Deal Desk for Box's EMEA region, collaborating with various departments to craft large and complex deals.

After their time at Box, Sarah served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Philly Startup Leaders, where they built and piloted the role to scale the organization and act as an ambassador to the Philadelphia tech community. Sarah regularly met with emerging entrepreneurs and founders, providing them with resources and guidance.

Sarah then joined Guru as the Director of Sales Operations, where they played a key role in reshaping the way teams create, find, and share institutional knowledge. Sarah later transitioned to the role of Senior Director (Head of) Revenue Operations and expanded the team to support the company's growth and scale across various departments.

Most recently, Sarah worked as an Expert in Residence at First Round Capital, providing expertise and guidance to help early-stage startups succeed. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Revenue Operations at Jasper.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to drive execution excellence, and a passion for mentoring and connecting with others in the tech community.

Sarah Noderer obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Lehigh University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Secondary Education at the same university, which they attained from 2007 to 2008. In addition to their academic degrees, Sarah has acquired several additional certifications, including the Reforge Growth Series from Reforge in October 2020, KCS v6 Practices from The KCS Academy in October 2019, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SP15) from Salesforce in June 2015, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The Knowledge Academy in May 2013.
