Taylor Valley

Taylor Valley has a diverse work experience in various recruiting and teaching roles. Since 2017, Taylor worked as a VPK Preschool Teacher at Bay Hope Day School. From 2018 to 2019, Taylor served as an Account Recruiting Manager and a Professional Services Recruiter at Aerotek. Following that, Taylor worked as a Sales and Operations Recruiter at Wayfair from 2019 to 2020. From 2020 to 2021, Taylor worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at Matrix Providers. Taylor then joined Wayfair again in 2021 as a Technical Sourcer for Data Science and Machine Learning. In 2022, Taylor worked as a Technical Sourcer for AI and Machine Learning at LinkedIn before joining Jasper as a Senior Talent Sourcer, the role Taylor currently holds.
