Traver Hermanson has a diverse background in midstream and petroleum operations, currently serving as Assistant Superintendent at San Mateo Midstream since November 2022 and previously as a Shift Lead. Prior experience includes roles as Shift Lead Operator at Jasper Ventures, Inc. (September 2020 - Present), Service Technician at Bold Production Services (February 2020 - September 2020), and Plant Operator at Jasper Ventures, Inc. (May 2019 - February 2020). Traver also held the positions of Maintenance Foreman and Plant Operations at Sendero Midstream Partners, LLC. from September 2017 to February 2020, and worked as a Plant Operator at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation from January 2013 to September 2017.
