Brian Coleman

Brian Coleman, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Zaxby's Franchising, Inc., overseeing Field Operations for SJAC Food Groups in Atlanta, Georgia, and managing a team of over 350 individuals since April 2013. Previously, Brian held a Manager position at FedEx Office from October 2004 to February 2013, where responsibilities included building high-performing teams and driving sales growth. Brian's career began at Kinko's, where a managerial role was held from 1997 to 2004. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southeast Missouri State University and an MBA in Business Administration from Fontbonne University.
