Dunja Buišić began their work experience in 2011 as an intern at the Health Center Pančevo, Department of specialized preventive occupational medicine. In 2012, they also interned at the National Employment Service, Department for professional orientation and career planning. In 2015, they joined Jatheon Technologies as an HR Manager and later became the Chief People Officer in August 2018.
Dunja Buišić holds an Advanced level Psychotherapy degree from the REBT Affiliated Training Center of Albert Ellis Institute, obtained in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Technical Recruiting from LinkedIn and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot in 2017 and December 2016, respectively.
